Castles and Fires

More cruising around Edinburgh, and showing the Spanish girls how to make use of their lovely lodge fire!

Craigmillar castle, frontdoor. You rang?

A squirel that ate my food in the park.

Ainhoa removes a twistie from a stick - cooked over the fire. In Aus you do it on a fire camping, made with flour and water, then twisted onto a stick and eaten hot with butter or honey or whatever.

A pidgeon loft in one of the towers - they used to eat them!

Craigmillar Castle!

How the cooking is done! This is a cadbury cocoa twistie! Looks a bit like Senor Mujon (Thats Mr Hanky the christmas poo to the rest of us)

We went the chocolate option instead, yum!

Clara and I cooking marshmellows! Note the beard in preperation for Siberian freeze!
