Baltimore & Philadelphia

Location: USA

17 Dec 2008, 7:43AM

...where Matt's brother Eric works at the Australia exhibit. His boss, a Trinidad born Indian who finished every sentence with 'mon' took time out of his day to show us around. I don't think we've ever enjoyed an aquarium more (ok it may have been the only aquarium we've ever been to).

The harbour of Baltimore, on Chesapeake Bay. Behind this boat is the Aquarium...

19 Dec 2008, 11:11AM

With Matt in Philly. To celebrate end of his semester he took us out...

17 Dec 2008, 12:18PM

Maryland crabs with the Tossmans. They tipped a trayful of crabs onto the table and left us with hammers and beer. Excellent!

30 Dec 2008, 5:15AM

Queuing for Philly cheesesteaks. Two restaurants compete for best cheesesteak across the road from each other. We went to Pat's. Cheesy and greasy and great.

19 Dec 2008, 4:08PM

...to a drag show. It was a wild night!

31 Dec 2008, 3:52AM

Indepedence Hall where both constitutional conventions took place and the declaration of independence was signed.

30 Dec 2008, 7:33AM

Liberty Bell. The 'world's symbol of freedom'. What do you mean you've never heard of it?

1 Jan 2009, 1:51PM

Followed by Lavinia's pav. Fruit and cream makes any collapsed pav stuck to the foil look great.

1 Jan 2009, 12:45PM

Indian feast for New Year's Eve at Matt and Lindsay's....

3 Jan 2009, 8:38AM

More public art in Philly.

3 Jan 2009, 8:35AM

Love park - street skateboarding mecca. We fitted right in with the cool kids.
