Looking across the village as the setting sun hits the distant mountains
We begin our trek which invloves crossing to the opposing side of the river then a vertical ascent straight up the side of the mountain
I spotted a photo of this bridge a year back. The selling point for coming to Pakistan
Pete eases his way across
Just below Avdegar peak and the weather has closed in as the sun sets with dramatic effect
I take shelter under a tree from the rain
Pete stands admiring the show under the shelter of his umbrella
Next morning the clouds are still lingering but clear enough for us to see Passu glacier and village, Batura glacier in the distant valley
