This is the Kilmainham Gaol (Jail!) Many people during the Irish Rebellions were hung here. This is the newest wing the rest was really scary. The prison has been closed for many years, but the tour was exceptional.
Trinity College and the home to the Book of Kells from the 9th century. The library containing 200,000 books was very impressive but no photos allowed.
This is the town of Dun Laoghaire just 25 mintues by train from Dublin yet soooo different! Crazy Irish were swimming in the Atlantic, brrrrr!
