Location: Capetown, South Africa

MapMonday 12th
We were in Paarl again today, marking out the houses, nothing to stressing. after work we went to camp in a lion park. we had looked into it and it seemed cool, you camp out and the lions roam around you. when we got there it was slightly different than we thought! there were 15 lions there male and femal, but it was so quite, and nobody else was there we decided not to stay. though we did stay for the feeding of the lions.. that was amazing! you were able to get up really close to them i got some great pirtures. so after about 2 hours we headed off. I started to go to curves just to get out of the house in the evening. and i met an irish woman, she invited me over to her house for coffee, herself and her husband stay in capetown for 2 months a year. so we will do that shortly.
Tuesday 13th
Another day oat the office!! the weather is really hot! Unfortunately i can't set out over here, so the work we were doing ahs come to an end.. for now. we headed to the head office in the afternoon, to get hooked up with the other site etc, as the plan was to go there tomorrow.
Wednesday 14th
We started today in Mfuleni, another township close to Capetown, it is situated in the cape flats where literally 100's of thosands of shack dwellers live. this is a more happening site. the blitz was here last year. so we got introduced to all the folk and set about snagging the 104 houses that were built in the blitz and recently handed over to the residents. I took 54 niamh took the rest. it was good as you had interaction with people. the snagging is nothing like home, the workmanship over here would not be that good.... i got a few houses dont today.. spent too much time talking to the foreman, Morne, about construction etc....
