We went to the head office of the charity, Did i mention that Mellon housing has now taken over a for profit, low cost housing company, it is now a Not for profit housing company. this makes the charity huge! the new head office is in Blackheath an industrial estate about 35mins aoutside the city. we met with William the MD of the olf company, not sure his new title under the new Mellon housing Initiative... he wnet to check out if there was trouble in Paarl, so in the meantime we he asked us to take off some drawings... by close of business I had a bill of Quantities prepared!.. estimating came in handy there!! it was drawing of a childrens home. Anyway we were in the office all day, but at least we got to meet with all the people working there. went home pleased!
